Team DU_Prometheus won the Project Showcasing track of VisionX 2025 with Sensei, an agentic AI EdTech platform for class 9-10 students. Sensei uses retrieval-augmented generation to deliver a live AI tutor, question generation and evaluation, real-time feedback, and virtual labs with 3D and AR visualisation. More than 200 teams registered for the track and 22 reached the final. VisionX was organised by the University of Dhaka and sponsored by the ICT Division and US-Bangla Airlines.

1st Runner-Up, Agentic AI Hackathon, 12th IUT ICT Fest 2026
Team DU_Fanta placed 1st runner-up in the Agentic AI Hackathon at the 12th IUT ICT Fest 2026, organised by the IUT Computer Society.
2nd Runner-Up, Datathon, 12th IUT ICT Fest 2026
Team DU_RDanto placed third in অলীকবচন, the Bengali LLM Hallucination Detection Challenge run as the Datathon of the 12th IUT ICT Fest 2026. The task was to judge whether a Bangla response generated by a large language model was factually accurate or hallucinated. The team built a retrieval-augmented generation pipeline with LLM-based verification, advancing past more than 220 registered teams to the 15-team onsite final at IUT Gazipur, where they defended their method through a technical paper and Q&A. The placement carried a BDT 25,000 cash prize.

Team DU_Artemis finished 5th at the Inter-University Programming Contest of the 12th IUT ICT Fest.
